Cardiff branches will carry on much the same (although we will roll out a self-service facility soon).
The Central Library, however (which has been in temporary accomodation for a couple of years, awaiting re-housing like some sad old homeless person) is about to migrate into a posh new "State-of-the-art" library.
More on that, as time goes by.
